This kit will transform your Voodoo-powered Mustang into an absolute monster with a gain of over 350 rwhp above the stock power output. FAQ

What modifications / vehicles are supported in the supercharger kit's included tuning? 

• The included tuning does support minor modifications such as:
  • Longtube headers
  • Thermostats
  • Aftermarket transmissions (+ $100)
  • Tire Size & Rear End Gear Ratio
• The included tuning does NOTsupport parts that are changed out from the kit, parts that are modified from it's intended to be used in the kit, or other major modifications such as:
  • Aftermarket camshafts or changes in VCT functionality - See VMP Level 3 Custom Tuning
  • Aftermarket fuel systems - See VMP Level 3 Custom Tuning
  • Custom or modified cold air intakes - See VMP Level 3 Custom Tuning
  • Engine swaps or aftermarket ECUs / control packs - See VMP Level X Custom Tuning
• The included tuning does NOTsupport vehicles that the kit is not intended for such as GT350s.

How and when will I receive my tune file?

• 3 -5 business days after the VMP Tune Order Formhas been submitted, andall necessary information(Requested photos, stock files, strategy reads, etc) has been received by VMP.
• When purchasing an SCT device along with a supercharger kit, your tune file will be loaded to your device before shipment once the VMP Tune Order Formis submitted and all necessary information has been received by VMP. 
  • HP Tuner's device users and customers that already have an SCT device will receive their tune file via Email or via the HP Tuner's TDN phone application.

Does the included tuning allow for datalogging and tune revisions?

• Yes, VMP will review datalogs and provide tuning revisions to dial in the vehicle. This tuning support is available for 6 months after the file is sent, and is limited to a number of datalogs / revisions at VMP's descretion.

Is there a time period that I have to redeem the supercharger kit's included tuning?

• Yes, the included tuning must be redeemed within 6 months of purchase. We recommend filling out the VMP Tune Order Formbefore the installation is started so that you will have your file on hand once completed. We also recommend redeeming the supercharger kit's tuning even if you don't plan to use it, so you will have a back up tune file that you know will run and drive in the event you cannot receive proper tuning elsewhere. 

WHAT TO DO TO GET STARTED:

Requesting a VMP email tune is as easy as obtaining a supported tuning device for your vehicle, purchasing the tuning product or package, and letting us know of your vehicle modifications! 
Below are the exact steps on to how to receive your custom calibration:

1. Purchase this supercharger kit along with necessarySCT X4 Tuning Device.
2. Fill out the VMP Tune Order form with your vehicle’s information and a list of your current modifications/requests

That’s it! Once the form is submitted, an email chain will be created with the email address provided in the form. A VMP calibrator will be in contact to help you every step of the way!

DATALOGGING & DIAGNOSTICS: 

VMP is happy to work with customers to address any concerns they may have. Limited datalogging support is available for up to 6 months after you've received your initial tune file(s). 
This service allows the calibrator to provide insight into your vehicle's performance and diagnose any potential issues caused by mechanical failures or installation errors.

Custom tune updates for new modifications/fuels are available to current* VMP tuning customers. 
*Currentmeans same vehicle, same owner, and still within the tuning support time frame window*
