Raptor Racing Return and Refund Policy

 

At Raptor Racing, we value your business and want to provide clear, consistent policies that protect both our customers and our business. Please review the terms below carefully before completing your order.

 

1. Order Cancellations

 

You may cancel an order prior to shipping by contacting us at orders@raptorracing.com immediately with your full name, order number, the item(s) you wish to cancel, and the reason for cancellation.

 

12-Hour Grace Period

 

We know mistakes happen — wrong part number, duplicate order, change of plans. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. We offer a 12-hour grace period from the time your order is placed during which cancellations can be processed with no fees, provided the order has not already entered the packing or shipping preparation stage.

 

Please note: Our team works quickly to get your order out the door, which means this window can close sooner than 12 hours if your order is fulfilled ahead of schedule. We cannot guarantee the grace period if packing or shipping prep has already begun. The earlier you contact us, the better your chances of a fee-free cancellation.

 

Why Do Cancellation Fees Apply?

 

Once an order enters the packing or shipping preparation stage, or has been transferred from an external warehouse or manufacturer, the fulfillment process cannot be reversed. Cancellation fees are not penalties — they reflect the real costs incurred by Raptor Racing during order processing, including payment gateway processing fees (which are not refunded to us), warehouse labour for picking and packing, supplier restocking charges, and carrier booking fees for shipments already scheduled. We work to keep these fees as fair as possible while covering our actual costs.

Tip:Choosing a store credit refundreduces your cancellation fee on eligible orders. Store credit never expires and can be used on any future purchase.

 

Special Order & Pre-Order Items

 

Special order and pre-order items are sourced directly from the manufacturer to fulfill your order. Because these items are often non-returnable to the supplier, or subject to significant supplier restocking charges, specific cancellation terms apply:

 

      Item has not yet shipped from the manufacturer and is within the estimated ETA:A 5% cancellation fee applies (refund to original payment) or no fee (store credit).

      Manufacturer delay beyond the originally communicated ETA:If the manufacturer allows cancellation, we will process it without fees. If the manufacturer does not permit cancellation, we will communicate this to you.

      After the item has shipped from the manufacturer:The order cannot be cancelled. If you no longer want the item upon delivery, it will be treated as a standard return (see Section 2 below) and subject to the applicable restocking fee, plus return shipping at your expense.

      Some special order items may not be cancellable once the manufacturer has confirmed and begun production — this will be communicated to you at the time of order.

 

Please note that special order and pre-order items may experience delays beyond what was originally communicated. These timelines depend on the manufacturer’s production schedule, material availability, and shipping logistics, which are outside of Raptor Racing’s control. We will keep you informed of any changes to your estimated delivery date and will work with you to find a solution if delays are significant.

 

Non-Cancellable Items

      Some special-order items may not be cancellable at all. Any restrictions will be noted on the product page and communicated before your order is confirmed.

 

Exceptions

      In rare cases (such as significant delays beyond what was originally communicated), Raptor Racing may waive cancellation fees at its sole discretion.

2. Returns

 

General Return Guidelines

      Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery (or 30 days from the “Ready for Pickup” email for in-store pickups).

      Items must be unopened, unused, in original packaging, and in new condition.

      Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee (refund to original payment) or 10% restocking fee (refund as store credit).

      Return shipping labels are the responsibility of the customer, unless Raptor Racing shipped the incorrect item.

      To request a return via email, send an email to orders@raptorracing.com and provide your order number, date, item(s), and reason for return.

      Return requests cannot be processed over the phone.

 

Received the Wrong Item

      If you receive an incorrect item:

      You are eligible for a refund or exchange with no restocking fee.

      All shipping costs will be covered by Raptor Racing.

 

Received a Damaged Item

      If your order arrives damaged:

      Contact us at orders@raptorracing.com within 3 business days of delivery.

      Provide photos of the damaged item(s), packaging, and shipping box.

      Do not discard packaging until our team advises you.

      Do not attempt to install damaged products, as this may void the claim.

      Our team will file a carrier claim and arrange a replacement according to carrier guidelines.

      Failure to notify us within the stated timeframe may limit our ability to assist.

Open Box & Non-Acceptable Condition Items

      Returns will not be accepted on items that are opened, used, installed, damaged, or not in original packaging, unless Raptor Racing has provided prior written approval.

      If a return is received in non-acceptable condition without approval, the customer may:

      Pay for return shipping to have the item sent back, OR

      Decline, in which case Raptor Racing reserves the right to dispose of the item.

      In rare cases where an opened item is still resellable as “open box,” Raptor Racing may, at its discretion, accept the return with a restocking fee of up to 40%.

 

Defective Items

      Do not initiate a standard return. Instead, contact us immediately so we can begin a warranty claim with the manufacturer.

      In most cases, a replacement will be provided, not a refund.

      Refund eligibility depends on the manufacturer’s warranty policy.

 

Non-Refundable Items

 

The following items are not eligible for return or refund. These restrictions exist due to safety regulations, manufacturer policies, and the nature of the products:

Brakes, Rotors and Pads

Safety items; cannot be resold once packaging is opened or seal is broken

Gift Cards

Treated as cash equivalent; non-refundable by nature

Special Order Items

Sourced specifically for your order from the manufacturer; may be non-returnable to supplier

Made-to-Order Items

Custom manufactured to your specifications (e.g., RokBlokz products)

Oils and Fluids

Classified as consumables; condition and integrity cannot be verified once delivered

 

If you are unsure whether an item is eligible for return, please contact us before placing your order.

 

Refund Processing

      Refunds are processed within 10 business days of return approval. Most refunds are completed sooner, but please allow the full timeframe.

      If your order included free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

      Additional time may be required by your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

 

Warranty & Defective Items

      Warranty claims must be submitted directly through the manufacturer, unless the product is a Raptor Racing brand item.

      Customers are responsible for any shipping or transport fees related to warranty claims.

 

3. Policy Updates

 

Raptor Racing reserves the right to update these policies at any time. Orders are subject to the policy in effect at the time the order was placed.
