Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

      We offer shipping via Purolator, UPS, FedEx, and Canpar.

      Shipping rates vary based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.

      Estimated delivery times for each carrier will be provided at checkout.

The following are estimated delivery timeframes for in-stock items shipped from our Mississauga, Ontario warehouse. Actual delivery times may vary based on carrier, destination, and order processing.

Accuracy of Online Shipping Quotes

      At Raptor Racing, our website provides estimated shipping quotes during the checkout process. Please be aware that these quotes are generated based on standard shipping rates and may not always accurately reflect the actual shipping costs for large, oversized, or special items.

      In cases where the actual shipping cost differs significantly from the online quote due to the item’s size, weight, or shipping destination, we reserve the right to contact you with an accurate shipping quote.

      If a revised shipping quote is necessary, you will be presented with the following options:

1.    Accept the updated shipping fee and proceed with your order.

2.    Cancel your order and receive a full refund.

 

We are committed to ensuring transparency and will promptly communicate any necessary adjustments to the shipping cost.

 

Free Shipping

      Free shipping is available on most items over $399* CAD in Canada or $199 USD in the US. If your item qualifies for free shipping, the option will be available at checkout.
*Excludes oversized items and shipments to remote locations.

       “Oversized” is defined as any item with at least one dimension exceeding 50 inches or weight over 60 lbs. Remote locations include areas with limited carrier access, where surcharges may apply.

      Oversized handling fees will be calculated at checkout. In cases where additional carrier surcharges apply beyond the quoted amount, Raptor Racing reserves the right to contact you with an updated shipping quote before processing your order.

      In the event that free shipping is applied to an order due to a website error or oversight, and the item(s) ordered do not qualify for free shipping, Raptor Racing reserves the right to revoke the free shipping offer.

      If free shipping is revoked, we will contact the customer with a shipping quote for their approval. The customer will have the option to accept the shipping charges and proceed with the order or receive a full refund for their order.

      Raptor Racing reserves the right to choose the most economical shipping option among Purolator, UPS, FedEx, or Canpar for orders using the free shipping option.

      We reserve the right to change our free shipping policy at any time without prior notice.

 

International Shipping

      We offer international shipping to most countries.

      Additional fees, customs duties, or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Order Processing and Shipping Time

      In-stock orders are typically shipped in 1–2 business days. However, please note that this is a guideline and not a guarantee. Due to factors such as increased order volumes, early courier pickups, or other logistical challenges, we may occasionally take longer. We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible and appreciate your understanding in these instances.

      Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

      If any items on your order are not in stock, we will contact you with an estimated shipping time.

 

Order Tracking

      Tracking numbers for your order will be sent via email and updated in your account. Please check your spam or junk folder if you don’t receive it.

      Customers will receive updates at key stages of the shipping process.

 

Shipping Restrictions

      We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

      Some products may be restricted from shipping due to size, weight, or hazardous materials.

      We reserve the right to refuse to ship any order that we deem to be unsafe or prohibited by law.

Real-Time Inventory:Our website tracks inventory in real time and displays estimated availability and delivery timelines (ETA) on each product listing. While we strive to keep this information accurate, occasional discrepancies may occur due to simultaneous purchases or vendor stock updates.

 

Urgent Orders:If you require a product urgently, we recommend contacting us before placing your order. This allows us to verify the item’s availability and provide you with the most accurate information regarding shipping times.

 

Order Confirmation and ETA:Within 48 hours of placing your order, we will confirm the availability of the items and provide an estimated time of arrival (ETA). This step ensures that you are informed about the status of your order and helps manage expectations regarding delivery times.

 

We strive to keep our customers updated and work diligently to fulfill orders as efficiently as possible. Your understanding and patience are greatly appreciated, especially in instances where there might be delays due to factors beyond our control.

 

Shipping Protection
