They are especially important when running titanium valves, where a hardened lash cap shields the softer titanium stem tip from direct rocker or follower contact.
Lash caps can also be used to correct valvetrain geometry and adjust effective valve length. Manufactured to strict tolerances, Supertech lash caps ensure consistent lash settings and long valvetrain life.
