Stainless Bros 1.75" SS304 15° Mandrel Bends have been bent from our 16GA/.065" 304 Stainless Steel tubing. Each mandrel is individually bent, the ends are laser cut, the bend is then finished to a fine 180 Grit finish and they are ultrasonically cleaned to provide a ready to weld solution right out of the package.
Stainless Bros utilizes our own proprietary cnc mandrel bender and custom mandrel dies to provide a perfect bend every time that is both wrinkle and scratch free. Our mandrel bends will drastically reduce the fabrication time needed for producing a full Stainless Steel exhaust system when pie cuts become too time consuming.
