Transform your 2019–2027 Ram 1500 with the Roush Performance 2.0 Suspension System, engineered to deliver a more aggressive stance, increased ground clearance, and improved control on and off the road.
Unlike basic lift kits that focus primarily on ride height, the Roush system is developed as a complete suspension package. Its 2-inch lift, Roush-calibrated twin-tube dampers, platform-specific tuning, and optimized suspension geometry work together to enhance capability while maintaining the everyday drivability expected from the RAM 1500 platform.
This systems-based approach closely aligns with the suspension engineering philosophy used across Roush Performance truck products.

- Optimized 2-Inch Lift — Raises the truck's profile for a stronger, more purposeful stance while maintaining proper suspension geometry and integrating with factory body lines and wheel openings.
- Increased Ground Clearance — Provides additional clearance for uneven terrain and larger off-road tires while improving approach, breakover, and departure capability. The lift geometry is engineered to maintain factory driveline angles, CV joint longevity, suspension travel, and ride compliance.
- Roush-Calibrated Twin-Tube Dampers — Custom-tuned twin-tube hydraulic dampers feature platform-specific valving for optimized compression and rebound control, balancing off-road compliance with on-road stability.
- Balanced On- and Off-Road Performance — Suspension calibration is developed through durability and ride-quality testing to improve composure over uneven terrain while retaining daily driving comfort and predictable road manners.
- Maintains Factory Towing Capability — Testing confirmed that installation of the Roush suspension components does not affect the RAM 1500's original equipment trailer weight towing capacity. Testing was conducted in accordance with SAE J2807 standards and included additional braking, directional-control, and trailer-sway evaluations.
- Preserved Handling, Braking, and Stability — Engineered to retain confident highway handling, predictable braking performance, and proper operation of factory stability systems. Validation included testing to FMVSS 126 Electronic Stability Control and FMVSS 135 Light Vehicle Brake Systems parameters.
- Factory Technology Integration — Designed to maintain compatibility with factory advanced driver-assistance systems, including forward collision warning, lane-keeping assistance, adaptive cruise control, electronic stability control, and traction management.
