OEM-style 5" rear block kit for 2019-2024 Chevy/GMC 1500 (net 4" of rear lift).

ReadyLIFT OEM-style rear block kit made from cast iron with built-in anti-rotation ears. Replaces the factory 1" block to deliver a net 4" of rear lift. Adds rake for towing or hauling and works with your ReadyLIFT front leveling kit.

Fits: 2019-2024 Chevy Silverado / GMC Sierra 1500 6-lug (new body style), 2WD/4WD. NOT compatible with rear composite mono-leaf springs (identified by round U-bolts) - use only on trucks with traditional steel leaf springs (square U-bolts).
