OEM-style 5" rear block kit for 2014-2018 Chevy/GMC 1500 (net 4" of rear lift).

ReadyLIFT OEM-style rear block kit made from cast iron with built-in anti-rotation ears. Replaces the factory 1" block to deliver a net 4" of rear lift. Adds rake for towing or hauling and works in concert with your ReadyLIFT front leveling kit.

Fits: 2014-2018 Chevy Silverado / GMC Sierra 1500 6-lug (classic and new body style), 2WD/4WD.
