4.5" front coil-spring lift kit with rear blocks, four Falcon 1.1 monotube shocks and Driveline Indexing System for 2019-2024 Ram 3500 HD 4WD high-output diesel.

The 4.5" coil-spring kit delivers the components of a big 6" kit at a slightly lower, garage-able stance and clears 37" tires. It includes heavy-duty radius arm drop brackets, fabricated steel front track bar brackets, a forged dropped pitman arm, sway bar relocation brackets and bump stop extensions, plus ReadyLIFT's CNC-machined 6061-T6 billet aluminum Driveline Indexing System (DIS) configured for the high-output diesel.

Fits: 2019-2024 Ram 3500 4WD HD, high-output diesel only. Will not fit standard-output 6.7L diesel, HEMI gasoline, dually, Classic, or automatic-leveling rear air suspension models.
