A Customized Steering Wheel is the perfect way to set your car apart from all the other vehicles, not only do they look amazing they feel GREAT. We only use OEM Ford cores so be rest assured these will fit your vehicle problem free.

Production time for each wheel is approximately 4-6 weeks, please plan ahead when ordering one as you can't really rush perfection. Once your wheell arrives in our hands we will carefully inspect it, take pictures to show you to make sure it's exactly what you ordered and once you approve we will ship it out/clear it for pick up.

Important General Notes

• Airbags are Not Included You Must Re-Use Yours
• Top Strip is NOT available on Matt Carbon
• Heat Function does NOT work on the Carbon Fibre Section of the Wheel
• These are special order, there are NO refunds once the wheel leaves our hands regardless of the reasoning.

Important Notes about Cores

• If you do not want to pay a core charge then sending us your Core is the only option
• If you need a core from us the charge is refundable once you send us a core. Please note your core needs to be in good condition. These will be tested, all the bottons need to work, some tears in the leather are ok. We'd prefer the logo at the bottom of the wheel to be in perfect condition. Any sub-standard cores will mean a lower amount from your core charge sent back.
• Please verify the function of your new steering wheels buttons before selling your old wheel. In rare circumstances you may need to swap over buttons from your existing steering wheel to the new one.

Warranty

• Please FULLY inspect your wheel prior to installation, due to the nature of this product Warranty starts from the day it arrives in your hands.
• There is a 1 Year Warranty on the Wheel Coverings, None of the wheel Electronics/buttons etc are covered under this Warranty.
• Normal wear and tear is expected and not covered under Warranty.
• If there are any Warranty issues that need to be dealt with the wheel must be shipped back to us at your expense, please note by purchasing the wheel you agree to these conditions.
