This specialized performance upgrade kit is engineered specifically for the Model 230 Beast™ Train Horn architecture. (For systems running the Model 730 Demon™ horns, please utilize BlastMaster™ Upgrade Model 6890).

Model 6885 is the official upgrade for the following Kleinn systems:

• Universal ProBlaster Train Horn Kits: Model HK7
• Vehicle-Specific Systems: All system model configurations ending natively in "734"

What's Included in the Box

• Model VX6003 Brass Solenoids: Two (2) high-flow 12V heavy brass solenoid valves (Use your original system solenoid to power the 3rd horn trumpet).
• Upgraded Air Tubing: 12 Feet of Model 25012-1 High-Pressure 1/2" O.D. Premium Pneumatic Airline.
• Secondary Air Tubing: 12 Feet of Model 25014-1 High-Pressure 1/4" O.D. Premium Pneumatic Airline.
• Pneumatic Interface Hardware: Comprehensive kit-matched compression fittings, 4-way distribution manifold, and premium liquid thread sealant.

Three Solenoid Relay Wiring Configuration

Operating a triple-solenoid setup requires structured electrical distribution to safeguard your dash switches and ensure uniform current deployment to all coils simultaneously:

• Relay Terminal 30: Connect directly to a fused +12V positive battery terminal supply source (Ensure heavy gauge wire wire-run matching the total continuous amp draw).
• Relay Terminal 87: Split this power output line into a three-way junction run, feeding one positive lead wire cleanly to each of the individual solenoid valve assemblies.
• Relay Terminal 86: Ground this terminal pin out directly to a clean, unpainted chassis frame run or negative battery wire layer.
• Relay Terminal 85: Route this control pin wire line run up to your interior manual momentary cockpit switch or horn ring wire link.
• Solenoid Ground Returns: Gather the remaining secondary wire leads from all three solenoid casings and ground them collectively to a bare metal location.
