Exergy 11-16 Chevrolet Duramax 6.6L LML Reman 100% Over Injector - Set of 8 - E01 10510

Do you want to edge out that Mustang at the track or put another 5' on the next truck? Are you looking for an increase in power without sacrificing drivability or reliability? Well, look no further than Exergy's 100% over fuel injectors! The nozzles are enlarged using abrasive flow honing technology and are hydraulically flow matched to less than 1%. Each nozzle undergoes four separate quality control checks throughout the process before being installed back onto the injector. All components are built and tested on specialized equipment designed and built in-house at Exergy. Every 100% over injector set is tested at multiple calibration points, balanced to +/- 1%, and shipped with a detailed calibration sheet. There are no shortcuts. All Exergy's Reman injectors are remanufactured by Bosch where all moving parts and wear surfaces are replaced. Very few parts are reused. In Exergy's years of experience these reman injectors have not exhibited an increased reliability risk. Let Exergy give you peace of mind with your injector purchase! Tuning will be needed for acceptable EGTs and optimum drivability. Injector seal kit included (copper gaskets and O-rings)!

Cores that have missing and/or damaged component(s) will not receive credit. To avoid this, please package your cores well in an organized fashion with the Injector Process Form inserted (see examples and find Injector Process Form on the shipping and returns page).
