Exergy 01-04 Chevrolet Duramax 6.6L LB7 Reman SAC 45% Over Injector - Set of 8 - E01 10116

Have your original or aftermarket injectors left you stranded? Are you looking for an increase in power without sacrificing drivability or reliability? Well, look no further than Exergy's SAC 45% over fuel injectors!

The factory nozzles are swapped with a SAC type nozzle with the same spray pattern as factory, but flowing 45% more. Though the latest factory nozzle with the DLC coated needle has a far superior reliability track record than its predecessor, historically the SAC type nozzle has also proven to be a dependable option. All components are built and tested on specialized equipment designed and built in-house at Exergy. Every 45% over injector set is tested at multiple calibration points, balanced to +/- 1%, and shipped with a detailed calibration sheet. There are no shortcuts.

All Exergy's Reman injectors are remanufactured by Bosch where all moving parts and wear surfaces are replaced. Very few parts are reused. In Exergy's years of experience these reman injectors have not exhibited an increased reliability risk.

Let Exergy give you peace of mind with your injector purchase!

Tuning will be needed for acceptable EGTs and optimum drivability.

Injector seal kit included (copper gaskets and o-rings)!
