Design & Engineering
An upgraded radiator helps eliminate the concern of overheating. This advanced design features larger 2-Row, 42mm aluminum cores which increases the fluid capacity of the radiator and greatly improves heat dissipation. CSF's Exclusive B-Tube Technology increases the heat transfer by approximately 15% over regular oval welded tubes. In addition, the ultra-efficient multi-louvered 5mm fins maximize airflow through the core for the best possible performance. The result is a dramatic temperature reduction under all driving conditions.

CSF vs OEM
Ford definitely learned some lessons from previous generations and gave some 14th Generation F-150s / 3rd Gen Raptors a pretty decent radiator. While the factory system seems to cope with modifications better than previous generations, more people are pushing these new rigs harder than ever. Bigger turbos, more boost, heavier accessories, etc, all increase heat output of the motor.

5mm Core Upgrade
While the first prototypes with CSF's 6.5mm fin performed extremely well in testing, CSF always seeks to offer the ultimate cooling solution. Before going into final production the design was updated to incorporate CSF's latest 5mm fin technology which was introduced at the end of 2023. This new core specification offers even more heat transfer area and thermal efficiency than the tested prototypes. CSF is confident this radiator is ready to take on the most demanding conditions in the world.
