BDS Suspension 4 Inch Lift Kit w/ 4-Link | Ford F450 Super Duty (20-22) - 1223H

Upgrade your 2020–2022 Ford F-450 with the BDS 4" 4-Link Lift Kit, engineered for strength, stability, and premium ride quality whether you’re towing, hauling, or exploring off-road. This system replaces the factory radius arms with a heavy-duty 4-link setup that improves axle control, reduces binding, and delivers smoother suspension movement throughout the entire range of travel. While radius-arm kits offer excellent simplicity and durability, the 4-link design takes performance a step further by providing more consistent caster angles, enhanced articulation, and improved tracking under acceleration and braking, especially noticeable in larger Super Duty platforms like the F-450. To match the suspension performance you’re after, BDS offers multiple shock options: the dependable BDS NX2 shocks, the upgraded FOX 2.0 Performance Series, and the premium FOX 2.5 Performance Elite shocks featuring DSC (Dual Speed Compression) adjusters for precise tuning on or off road. For those seeking the ultimate setup, the system can also be ordered with front FOX 2.5 Performance Elite coilovers for exceptional responsiveness, control, and damping consistency. Whether you’re building a workhorse or a weekend adventure truck, this kit delivers the perfect blend of ride quality, capability, and durability.

4-Link Conversion

Convert the factory stamped steel radius arms over to the BDS 4-link to optimize suspension geometry for better handling characteristics while adding strength and stability. This bolt-on upgrade utilizes high-strength ¼-inch steel brackets that allow mounting of HD upper and lower control arms to correct axle positioning while limiting caster change throughout wheel travel.

Pro-Ride Coil Springs

A pair of full-length Pro-Ride coil springs are supplied to provide the correct lift height and smooth, predictable ride across various terrains.
