We Designed our OG and OG Long flaps for to fit best on stock, non-sasquatch vehicles. Larger tires or aftermarket offsets may need some modification to prevent tire rubbing especially with OEM tube steps. Please email with questions before ordering.

Our kit was designed to mount perfectly with the OEM rock rail and sidestep. We have not confirmed it with any other rail or step options, but with the research we have done, it seems that most other options do not extend as far forward as the OEM Rock Rail. This means that our kit may work perfectly with most options out there.
We have found that models with factory tube steps and larger tires may not have enough clearance between the flap and tire and will therefore experience rubbing.
This kit will work on all Full-Size Bronco Trims except the Raptor.
Yes, there are a couple of solutions.
First, we include a low-profile mounting solution in the hardware kit that uses button head screws instead of the quick release thumb screws. We also offer an upgraded version of this with our custom "Rokblokz" dress washers.
And second, we have found that if you remove the plastic box thing behind the wheel well liner, you can push the bracket back to add some additional clearance. Please see our FAQ link for more details on that.
Yes, just loosen the front brackets enough that you can make adjustments to the positioning. If you have removed your flaps reinstall them on the bracket. Once flaps are installed, push the bracket back toward the fender liner until it won't go any further, the flap touches the step or rock rail, or it matches the other side of the vehicle and fully tighten the bolts to the bracket while holding everything in place.
On narrow fenders our XL flaps extend about 2.5" past the edge of the fender. The Original size flaps would only poke out about 1" past those fenders.
Both Front & Rear FLAPS are mounted to a heavy-duty powder-coated steel bracket that mounts directly to the Frame of the Vehicle. Because of this bracket system, you can easily remove the flaps without any tools right on the side of a trail if needed.
Yes! We designed out kit on a Badlands Sasquatch with the steel bumper. Since then we have mounted the kit without change on Broncos with aftermarket bumpers and OEM Plastic bumpers as well. Since the rear flaps mount to a bracket that is mounted to the frame, they should work with most options out there.
This kit was designed for the 6th generation Ford Bronco. It will not fit the Bronco Sport or the Bronco Raptor. Our kit in certain configurations will fit all trim levels of the Bronco.
Front ONLY and Rear ONLY Kits are available by selecting that option and adding to your cart (they come with ONLY the 2 front flaps or the 2 rear flaps along with all mounting hardware, brackets, and installation instructions).
Yes, but the pricing will be different than a whole kit in the same size. You will have to add them to your cart separately, selecting options for each as you do so. This becomes a custom set and does not receive the full set discount due to the additional handling.
We now include all necessary parts to install with or without factory crash bars.
But to prepare you for install here is a breakdown. If your Bronco has the sasquatch package, then your crash bar was removed at the factory. The Wildtrak and Everglades Models come standard with the sasquatch package so they will not have the crash bar.
On any other Bronco trim, it is very common to remove the crash bar when adding larger than stock tires. Please see the photo below to compare to your vehicle.
Our mud flaps may technically create a very small amount of additional drag, but in real-world driving it’s not noticeable and won’t have a measurable impact on fuel economy for most people. Any change would be minimal and well within the normal variation you’d see from things like tire pressure, wind, or driving conditions.
