The 69-1342 SST Lift Kit front coil spacer designed exclusively for the 2013-2018 new style radius arm suspension trucks provides 4.5" of lift which gives clearance to add up to 37" tall tires to the 2013-2018 Dodge Ram 3500 4WD. This kit also includes 2" tall OEM-style rear lift blocks for those who want a little extra rake.
