OEM-style 4" rear lift block kit for the 1999-2010 Ford Super Duty with a two-piece driveshaft.

Cast-iron blocks with integrated OEM-style bump stops safely lift the rear and restore rake for towing or hauling. An ideal tow-package upgrade for stock, lifted, or leveled trucks.

Fits: 1999-2010 Ford F-250/F-350/F-450 Super Duty 2WD/4WD with two-piece driveshaft.
