ReadyLift - 4.5"F/2.5"R SST Lift Kit - 2019-2022 Ram 2500 (4WD) - 69-19450

4.5" front / 2.5" rear SST lift kit for the 2019-2022 Ram 2500 HD 4WD (new body, diesel).

A maximum bolt-on SST lift for the new-body 2500 HD, delivering 4.5" front and 2.5" rear with heavy-duty fabricated steel coil spring spacers. It includes front radius arm drop brackets and both front and rear track bar relocation brackets to preserve suspension geometry and factory ride, with clearance for up to 37" tires and conservative negative-offset wheels. Supersedes the discontinued 69-1945.

Fits: 2019-2022 Ram 2500 HD 4WD (new body) with rear coil springs. Diesel engine only. Not compatible with Auto-Ride, Power Wagon, or snow-prep/ambulance packages.
