3" rear lift block kit for 2004-2020 Ford F-150 4WD.

ReadyLIFT OEM-style cast-iron rear blocks safely lift the rear of the F-150 4WD and are built with integrated bump-stop landing pads. Designed to work alongside a ReadyLIFT front leveling kit.

Fits: 2004-2020 Ford F-150 4WD. Note: 2004-2008 4WD F-150 gains about 1" of additional lift when replacing the factory block with this kit.
