GR YARIS GXPA16 CARBON RACING SUCTION KIT GR YARIS GEN1/GEN2 The high-efficiency intake system, combining premium carbon fiber intake pipes and heat insulators with the Super Power Flow, has been fully renewed and is now available for both early and later model GR Yaris.
Features
The Carbon Racing Suction has been newly made available for both Gen1 and Gen2. The intake pipes are manufactured using a hot-press method, featuring 3K twill carbon fiber prepreg on the exterior and UD prepreg on the interior. * 3K : Carbon fibers made from 3,000 filaments Prepreg: Sheets of carbon fiber pre-impregnated with thermosetting resin. UD (Unidirectional): High-strength carbon fiber oriented in a single direction. A silicone bag is used inside the pipe to carry out the curing process under high pressure and high temperature. This results in a smooth inner surface and high strength, allowing air to flow efficiently while maintaining structural integrity. Crafted with 3K twill carbon fiber sheets using a hand lay-up process, the heat insulator combines lightweight design with durability. *Hand Lay-Up Process: A skilled craftsman layers dry carbon sheets and applies resin by hand. Not only adds a visually striking touch to the engine bay, but also shields heat from the radiator to efficiently channel fresh air to the Super Power Flow.
