Design & Engineering

An upgraded radiator helps eliminate the concern of overheating. This advanced design features larger 2-Row, 42mm aluminum cores which increases the fluid capacity of the radiator and greatly improves heat dissipation. CSF's Exclusive B-Tube Technology increases the heat transfer by approximately 15% over regular oval welded tubes. In addition, the ultra-efficient multi-louvered fins maximize airflow through the core for the best possible performance. The result is a dramatic temperature reduction under all driving conditions.

CSF vs OEM

The 13th/14th Gen F-150s / 2nd Gen Raptors received what many would consider an undersized radiator. This was the first generation to offer the new EcoBoost motors and there were some kinks to work out. The extra heat from the turbo charged engines definitely put more pressure on the factory cooling system.

While some owners never pushed their rigs hard enough to notice, those who did quickly found the factory system lacking. In addition, these trucks are getting to the age where radiators need to be replaced as a maintenance item. CSF created a modular design to fit the 4 different radiator models found in the F-150 and Raptor. The radiator includes two barb fittings for the various coolant overflow/expansion tank setups.
