The Cometic Subaru EJ25 Motor 04-06 SOHC/DOHC 101mm .052 inch MLX Head Gasket - C4578-052 is a precision-engineered head gasket with a 101mm bore and .052" compressed thickness.

The Cometic MLX Multi-Layer Steel (MLS) head gasket is engineered for high-performance and racing applications where OEM gaskets fall short. Featuring MLX Multi-Layer Steel (MLS) construction, this gasket uses multiple embossed steel layers for superior sealing under extreme cylinder pressures and temperatures. Precision CNC-machined to exacting tolerances, this gasket seals combustion, water jackets, and oil passages simultaneously — eliminating the need for multiple gaskets or sealing compounds.

  • Material: MLX Multi-Layer Steel (MLS)
  • Bore Size: 101mm
  • Thickness: .052" compressed
  • Part Number: C4578-052
