CAE Ultra Shifter BMW F8X M3/M4

• Shortshifter Kit for BMW F8X M2 - M3 - M4 with manual 6-speed gearbox, Standard H-pattern.
• Shifter is technically identical to the F2/3X but is supplied with shift rod "XS", compatible with M2, M3, M4 only.
• Installation requires no drilling in the center tunnel.
• Short and ultra-precise shift throws H-pattern.
• The clutch system remains stock.
• Optimal ergonomics with a motorsport focus: Perfect positioning of the shift knob close to the steering wheel. The H-pattern gate spans approx. 75 x 75 mm.
• Reverse gear is unlocked via cable pull from the gear lever. Accidental engagement of reverse gear is impossible.
• Low weight with high rigidity: Die milled and turned components are machined from 7075 aluminum, the subframe structures from laser-cut 3/6 mm AlMg3 aluminum sheet. The parts are joined by TIG welding and brushed to a clean finish.
• Smooth gear changes under load and during cornering.
• Integrated center detent spring provides perfect gate feedback during upshifts and downshifts.
• Left/right stops and reverse stop are independently adjustable.
• The shifter is supplied as a complete kit with CAE shift rod, including all small parts and fasteners. Designed for vehicles with interior trim / center console, which must be modified for installation.ch must be modified for installation.
• Shifter surface finish and shift knob available in multiple configurations; and optionally covered in gray Alcantara with a colored X-stitch.

Scope of delivery: Shifter fully pre-assembled, sealing plate with rubber boot; CAE shift rod XS; all small parts and fasteners.
