The Wagner Tuning intake manifold with integrated intercooler was developed for the BMW S58 engine and is designed to improve charge air cooling, reduce intake air temperatures and support consistent performance under demanding conditions.

Compared to the OEM component, the Wagner Tuning intake manifold offers a significantly larger intercooler core volume and optimized airflow. This makes it a strong upgrade for tuned S58 applications, from powerful street cars to high-performance builds.

The integrated competition core provides a larger cooling surface and improved thermal efficiency compared to the original intake manifold. This helps reduce heat soak and supports more stable intake air temperatures, especially on tuned vehicles or during repeated acceleration under load.

The cast aluminum end tanks have been designed using CFD optimization to achieve smooth airflow and low pressure drop. As a result, the turbochargers are thermally and mechanically relieved while maintaining strong cooling performance.
