A blend of highly effective cleaning agents designed to clean and maintain diesel intake manifolds and intake valves. Dissolves and removes deposits and ensures proper function of moving parts. Regular use restores efficiency and minimizes operating costs. Recommended for preventive use every 10,000 miles/15,000 km/12 months.
Directions
Suitable for use in all 4-stroke diesel engines, with or w/o turbochargers, diesel direct-injection, EGR (exhaust gas recirculation) valve, catalytic converters and particulate filters (DPF).
Application
Use one full can (400 ml) for each application. Before use install the included spray tube/nozzle assembly. Remove the hose as close as possible to the engine and start the engine. Increase engine speed and maintain a steady 2000 rpm while spraying in short 1-3 second bursts and moving the nozzle side to side in front of the throttle plate / flap valve. Never insert nozzle past the throttle plate / flap valve! Do not spray into Turbo, MAF or onto painted surfaces! If the engine speed fluctuates more than 1000 rpm, stop spraying and allow to stabilize. To improve cleaning results, more than one can may be required. Once can is empty, maintain 2000 rpm for at least 20 seconds or until all fluid is removed from intake. Erase eventually stored fault codes with a suitable diagnostic tool and test drive vehicle
